|If you have forgotten your Password, or User ID, we'll be happy to remind you. Simply fill out the Password/UserID Request Form and provide us with your SmarTrip® card number, birthday, and the exact e-mail address you gave when you registered for the account. A new Password, your User ID, or both will be sent to you via e-mail.
